Tables are used to organize data in rows and columns for clarity.

Key Features:

Insert Table → Insert → Table → Choose rows & columns

Images make documents visually appealing.

Key Features:

Insert Image → Insert → Pictures → From file / Online

Resize Image → Drag corners to maintain proportion

Wrap Text → Square, Tight, Behind Text, In Front of Text

Position & Alignment → Align images relative to page or text

Exam Tip: Wrap Text is often asked in Delhi Police PYQs.

3. Header and Footer

Headers and footers appear on top (header) and bottom (footer) of each page.

Key Features:

Insert Header/Footer → Insert → Header/Footer → Choose style

Page Numbers → Insert → Page Number → Top/Bottom

Different First Page / Odd & Even Pages → Customize headers/footers per page

Shortcut: Double-click top or bottom margin to edit
