Introduction

During Medieval India, society was full of rigid caste system, rituals, orthodox practices and priest dominance.

To reform society, two very important spiritual movements developed → Bhakti Movement & Sufi Movement.

These movements focused more on love, devotion, equality and removing discrimination.
